Phulwari School’s Mission Statement and a Vision to Spark a Lifelong Curiosity for Learning

At Phulwari School in Village Chauma, Haryana, our mission is to nurture hope, dignity, and opportunity for every child. Founded by the late Mr. Kulwant Singh Arora, Phulwari was created to bring homeless and underprivileged children off the streets and into a safe, caring, and inspiring learning environment.

We provide non-formal education from Pre-KG to Grade 3, teaching Hindi, English, physical education, and computer literacy, while ensuring that every child receives nutritious meals and essential healthcare, including basic immunizations.

Guided by a devoted team of family members and community volunteers, we carry forward Mr. Arora’s vision to spark a lifelong curiosity for learning, build confidence, and open pathways to formal education. Through compassion, quality teaching, and holistic care, Phulwari School empowers children to transition successfully into the public school system and to imagine a brighter, more equitable future.
